Monthly book recommendation:
“Pre-suasion” by influence guru Robert Cialdini (who also wrote the bestseller “Influence”, another recommended book). Pre-suasion is filled with laws, techniques and tactics to basically build the setting – without having to say a single word or do any persuasion action – to make the person you wish you persuade more susceptible for your ideas.

Ram Shoham gave, as always, an opening talk that touched our hearts. Dr. Jacob Mendel continued with an inspirational keynote on the importance of talent retention and technology automation during the times of covid19. We hope the inability to meet people in person will make us less biased. We can focus on the skills, merits and competence of people. A startup is as strong as its people.
We have proven that you can do a high quality acceleration virtually and livestream it. As one of our mentors put it “Hopefully people appreciate the efforts you have put over the years to build the ecosystem in the Frankfurt region.” Great news for us is that a virtual program is not place-bound.
